Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept items unless they are damaged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. To file a claim for a damaged or defective item, please email images info@shopdreamerjewels.com within 15 days of delivery. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to return your item. Any item that is returned without claim approval or not received within 15 days is not eligible for a refund. 

Please Note: The customer is responsible for covering the shipping and packaging fees when returning the product. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
